Who we are

Embarc Solutions is a customer success team that works with internet providers across the country.

Providers bring us in to look after customers whose new service order did not go as planned: an installation that stalled, a scheduling problem, or an order that was canceled before service ever started. Our job is to make sure the service someone signed up for is the service they actually get. Providers trust us with their customers because we follow the rules, protect your information, and treat every conversation as a chance to make the experience better.

We are not your internet provider. When we call, we are acting for the provider you signed up with, under a contract with them. We do not sell internet service through this website, and we cannot change your order on our own.

How we work

A provider asks us to reach a customer about that customer’s own service order. We call, we say who we are and which provider we are calling on behalf of, and we ask what happened. If you still want the service, we help get the installation rescheduled. If something went wrong, we document it and report it back to the provider so it is fixed for you and does not happen to the next customer. If it is something we cannot help with, we say so and point you to the people who can.
