Do not contact

If you would rather we did not contact you, you can stop it at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

Three ways to stop contact

• Reply STOP to any text message. This stops text messages from this program right away. You will get one confirmation message, and nothing after that.
• Tell any agent on a call. Say that you do not want to be contacted again, and the agent will record it before the call ends.
• Call or email us. Call (801) 636-6027 or email support@saves.embarcsolutions.com and ask to be added to our do not contact list.

What happens next

Your request is honored and recorded. We add you to our internal do not contact list and stop outbound calls and texts to you from this program. A request made by text takes effect immediately. A request made by phone or email is recorded when we receive it and takes effect promptly.

What this does not change

Your request applies to contact from us. It does not place, change, or cancel your order with your internet provider, and it does not stop your provider from contacting you directly. If you want to change how your provider contacts you, please contact them.
